[jakartaee-platform-dev] Reminder to vote on the Committer Election for James Perkins on Jakarta EE Platform 
Voting will close on 2025-07-18 for the Committer election of James Perkins
on project Jakarta EE Platform (ee4j.jakartaee-platform).

Criteria:

James Perkins has made an impact on the project.

He has contributed the following changes to the platform TCK:

He has also agreed to be the release co-coordinator for Jakarta EE 12.  He
has been contributing to the platform and platform TCK calls.
