Hi,

I’m moving my response off the ballot thread. On the ballot thread Lenny asked me the following:

I’m sorry I do not see that proposal on the ballot. I am not voting on the basis of things outside of the ballot proposal.

For a Technical Specification, the Project Team must provide evidence that the TCK selected for the Specification Version provides sufficient coverage to reasonably validate Compatible Implementations and must provide evidence that cited Compatible Implementations fulfil all requirements of the TCK.

While there is an exception process I am not persuaded that an exception should be pursued.
