I judge this can be handled by the platform project requesting the component specs for these three plus batch to ensure their TCK can run on 17 and 21. This can be done “lazily” but it would be better to do it proactively. But bottom line, this particular activity is not on the critical path for EE 11.

Counter question, should we release TCKs service releases for Connectors/Transactions implementations to be able to pass on the signature tests on Java 17/21?  If not, then does that mean other EE 9/10 Specification teams do not need to be able to pass their respective TCK signature testing on Java 17/21 as well?  

I'm asking so we can consistently ensure any requirement is applied for Batch 2.1 TCK issue https://github.com/jakartaee/batch-tck/issues/66.
