I noticed in https://github.com/eclipse-ee4j/jakartaee-api/issues/97  there seemed to be an implied offer to deliver a 8.0.1 release.

There are some recent comments asking when we’re going to do this.

 

From https://www.eclipse.org/projects/efsp/#efsp-releases-service it looks like this doesn’t require much of a review.

 

Maybe we just need to enlist someone with the right CI/CD credentials to release to Maven Central? 

 

If this all sounds right I could add this to next months’ platform meeting agenda.
