[jakartaee-platform-dev] Looking to release EE4J Parent POM 1.0.7

Hi,
Before we get
started on the Jakarta EE 9.1 release, I'd like to refresh the parent POM.
 We have had several commits since the 1.0.6 release which will clean
up several of the warnings and other messages that several projects have
been generating during their builds.  The last commit was done in
April 2020, so there are no late-breaking commits.  I'm doing a Dry
Run of the build right now.  If all goes well and I don't hear anything
back from this note, I plan to go ahead with the 1.0.7 update in the next
day or two.  I will then send out another note indicating that version
1.0.7 is now available.  Thanks!
