Regarding creating those files, is that reasonably up to date with the dates sets here: https://github.com/orgs/eclipse-ee4j/projects/17#card-31960034

I updated them with a bit of guesswork, but they are just guesses.

I'd like to ask each of the Spec Projects to verify that the proper version of their respective API's are being referenced by the Platform API pom file.  I will be creating the Milestone API jar files this week and I'd like to ensure that we're using the proper component API jar files.  Although it would be nice for your jar files to be available in Maven, that is not a requirement.  I will be building the Milestone API jar file from using the Staging profile, so just ensure that the respective jar files are available either in Staging or Maven Central.

In an update is required, just submit a PR.  Thanks for your help!
