We don't actually need Oracle to do anything more. They have already graciously donated everything. It is now up to us to move it forward the way we see the most beneficial to the community. The license was and continues to be MIT (thanks Eclipse Foundation for understanding why that is important for the success of this project). I wonder whether it's acceptable to directly use it or we would need Oracle to officially contribute it. The license should allow it if it was originally MIT as in your repo.
