[jakartaee-documentation-dev] How to build documentation!

I have made several attempts to build the https://github.com/jakartaee/jakartaee-documentation with "mvn clean package" but constantly getting an error. Am not certain whether the build depends on particular versions of the jdk, ruby and maven. Am using 

Java :  openjdk version "17.0.8" 2023-07-18
Ruby:   ruby 2.6.10p210 (2022-04-12 revision 67958) [universal.x86_64-darwin23]
Maven: Apache Maven 3.9.5
