Hello Everyone;
On behalf of the Jakarta EE Working Group, we are holding elections for Enterprise, Participant, and Committer Member representatives on its three committees. While Strategic Members are appointed to all three committees, the following table breaks down the seats by Committee:
Nomination Eligibility
For membership classes other than Committer Members, all individuals who are employed by an organization that is a member of that class in the working group may stand for election.The current members of the Jakarta EE Working Group can be viewed here.
Committer Members engaged in Jakarta EE projects may stand for election if employed by a corporate member or participating through an executed Individual Participation Agreement. If you are unsure of your eligibility, please reach out. More information about Committer Membership is available here.

Nominations
Eligible members may nominate candidates (including self-nominations) by replying to this mailing list. Please specify the candidate's target committee and include a brief bio. Nominees must confirm their willingness to stand.
Following the nomination period, ballots will be sent by email to eligible voters. The election will use the Eclipse Foundation's Single Transferable Vote method.
