I lost the mail thread in my email client but this is in repsonse to

Given that I also work for Microsoft we'd like to ensure that there's
no (perceived or otherwise) conflict of interest and so the LJC would
like to swap out myself (Martijn Verburg) with Marcin Kuglik as the
candidate for the Steering Committee.
