[jakarta.ee-wg] Broken specification pages

Hi everyone,

it looks like many if the Javadoc links on https://jakarta.ee/specifications are broken. See for example:

Jakarta EE Platform 9: completely broken with 404 errors 

https://jakarta.ee/specifications/platform/9/apidocs

Jakarta Servlet 4.0: completely broken with 404 errors 

https://jakarta.ee/specifications/servlet/4.0/apidocs

Jakarta Servlet 5.0: missing _javascript_ and CSS

https://jakarta.ee/specifications/servlet/5.0/apidocs

I guess this is quite urgent, because of the announcement planned for tomorrow.
