can you please add the redline link of the document showing what was changed on v.15 directly in the history part, please? 
Ideally, every adjustment has the redline showing exactly what was modified. Otherwise, we won't know how we started and what was changed overtime. Thank you!

The Jakarta EE Charter has been revised to align with governance changes related to the Eclipse Foundation’s corporate restructuring to a European-based entity.


These changes were approved by the working group’s steering committee along with the approval of the Eclipse membership and Board of Directors.  


The revisions have been finalized and are now published to the Eclipse Working Groups Website Page.
