I thought the WG decided that the Jakarta EE public forums wouldn't be "moderated". 
Can you please investigate what needs to be adjusted within the EF email systems so that anyone who creates an EF account and chooses to subscribe to a mailing list can be activated without a "person" approving him/her? 
In the MPWG 1 public forum, we continue to have issues as well. 

Thanks for looking into this. I recommend a new thread is started to enable your update to this community. 💙
