  • Discussed voting majority procedure in regards to budget

  • Thabang proposed next week agenda item to discuss marketing targets/KPI’s

  • Amelia highlighted that Jakarta One Conference is not in the budget, to be highlighted to steering committee

  • Next week agenda item to discuss review of metrics

  • Tanja spoke about high level onboarding process & document of future progress milestones

  • Agenda item for next week to discuss strategy to market monthly milestones

  • Discussed blog marketing on Jakarta EE site and the need for a coherent marketing plan.  Skeleton plan already exists

  • Agenda item for next week to developing marketing plan
