• Community review period concluded October 22nd, ready for Creation Review
• Call for and assign a mentor if so
• Ivar put himself forward as mentor
• Tracking issue
• Some concerns on the specification - do we discuss before or after the creation review?
• The process would be that we simply start the ballot based on the project proposal as it stands
• Ongoing tracking spreadsheet of specifications progressing through the JESP specification version lifecycle
• Check in on EE 11 Release Review ballots, see the spreadsheet for updates and notes.
• Platform + Web & Core Profiles remain
• Two CCRs in for Core Profile
• Two blocker issues present for Web Profile and Platform
• No blocker issues for Core Profile
• Ballots will not be started by Nov 18th for JakartaOne
• If Platform TCK Project does not have the following blockers resolved by 2024-11-06:

[10/16] The mentors for these projects are requested to let these projects know that they are required to provide input for a Progress Review and in particular to confirm (or revise) their scope and delivery timeline.

• Check that mentors are following up with the spec projects
• [10/16] Issue #55 was discussed, a proposal was presented by Ed Bratt for consideration
• Check in on Ed’s document: link
• Check with EMO for any conflicts with other processes
• Is it OK for projects to license TCKs as outlined in the document?
• Ed Bratt to ask Wayne Beaton
• Would we look at publishing service releases for EE10 or just have this as the process going forward?
• Only apply moving forward
• The existing EE10 zips could be pushed to Maven Central without recreating them to follow this process if it helps MicroProfile
• Would we like to create a pom template for how a vendor can run the TCK?
• Tackle as a separate issue, possibly after the release of EE11
• We will discuss and potentially vote next call.
• Jakarta EE 11 release retrospective ongoing [All]  
• Review the open issues:
• Determine which issues to label as “enhancement” and add to our board
• Close issues which can are no longer relevant or have been dealt with
• Feel free to open new issues here which we will get to after the release is done. Add the “enhancement” label.
