Milestone 3 PR has been merged, Milestone 4 can now proceed
Work on the Platform TCK refactoring is ongoing and the release has been delayed, refinement of the target release continues
Transition announcement [Paul]
Paul Buck is retiring at the end of June, he will transition to be a part-time consultant to the Eclipse Foundation until the end of the year, and during that period will continue as the chair (non-voting) of the Specification Committee. He will work with the committee to replace himself as the chair as outlined in the working group’s charter.
Paul is unavailable to chair Specification Committee calls on July 10th and July 24th, volunteers are requested to host the call in his absence [Paul]

Review the open issues:
Determine which issues to label as “enhancement” and add to our board
Close issues which can are no longer relevant or have been dealt with
Feel free to open new issues here which we will get to after the release is done. Add the “enhancement” label.
The Spec Committee discussed issue #77 https://github.com/jakartaee/specification-committee/issues/77 and decided to close with a comment documented in the issue.
