[jakarta.ee-spec] Could one of the Specifications Committee members plea

Hi,

Could one of the Specification Committee members please promote the Persistence TCK 3.1.3.zip [1] and also the Platform TCK 10.0.4.zip [2]?  This should be done via https://ci.eclipse.org/jakartaee-spec-committee/job/promote-release job.

Please also merge [3] which is for updating the Jakarta EE Specifications pages [4][5].
