[jakarta.ee-spec] Why does https://github.com/jakartaee/specifications/p

Hi,

https://github.com/jakartaee/specifications/pull/586 has 5 failing checks as indicated by the "Deploy Failed" message.  I tried clicking on the details but do not see a reason why the deployment failed (clicking on logs doesn't seem to show anything).

Does the Specification Committee "promote" script need to be run to resolve the deployment failures?  If yes, could someone with permissions please promote the staged https://download.eclipse.org/ee4j/jakartaee-tck/jakartaee10/staged/eftl/jakarta-persistence-tck-3.1.1.zip.
