Not sure About Jean-Louis or others, but I had already voted for Jakarta WebSocket2.1 last week O;-) Werner Gesendet von Mail für Windows 10 Kenji, Thanks, I knew it sounded familiar, just wanted to make sure I did not miss one. There are too many mails and some even could end up in SPAM with obvious cybercriminals and Spammers at least in other lists that try to make our lives even harder… Werner Gesendet von Mail für Windows 10 Werner, and Jean-Louis, The ballot of Server Faces 4.0 was already closed. The ballot which you have not yet voted is WebSocket 2.1. -Kenji Kazumura From: jakarta.ee-spec <jakarta.ee-spec-bounces@xxxxxxxxxxx> On Behalf Of Werner Keil Sent: Monday, May 10, 2021 5:21 PM To: Jakarta specification discussions <jakarta.ee-spec@xxxxxxxxxxx> Subject: Re: [jakarta.ee-spec] Plan Review for Jakarta Server Faces 4.0 +1 Werner Gesendet von Mail für Windows 10 +1 (Tomitribe) Very good effort in providing the details for the plan? ------------------ Original ------------------ Date: Mon, Apr 26, 2021 06:55 AM Subject: [jakarta.ee-spec] Plan Review for Jakarta Server Faces 4.0 Greetings Jakarta EE Specification Committee.
I need your vote to approve the Plan Review of Jakarta Server Faces 4.0.
The JESP/EFSP states a Plan Review provides a means for the Specification Project Team to present their Release Plan to the Project Leadership Chain, the Specification Committee, and the community for feedback. Also, the JESP/EFSP requires a successful ballot of the Specification Committee in order to ratify the Plan Review.
The relevant materials are available here:
https://github.com/jakartaee/specifications/pull/355 https://deploy-preview-355--jakartaee-specifications.netlify.app/specifications/faces/4.0/
Per the process, this will be a seven-day ballot, ending on Monday, May 3, that requires a Super-majority positive vote of the Specification Committee members (note that there is no veto). Community input is welcome, but only votes cast by Specification Committee Representatives will be counted.
The Specification Committee is composed of representatives of the Jakarta EE Working Group Member Companies (Fujitsu, IBM, Oracle, Payara, Red Hat, Tomitribe, and Primeton), along with individuals who represent the EE4J PMC, Participant Members, and Committer Members.
Specification Committee representatives, your vote is hereby requested. Please respond with +1 (positive), 0 (abstain), or -1 (reject). Any feedback that you can provide to support your vote will be appreciated.
Thanks
-Kenji Kazumura
