Kenji and others,
There is a separate template for a service release, but as Paul pointed
out, it is still a work in progress:
https://github.com/jakartaee/specifications/blob/master/service_release_pr_template.md

Lukas has been the "guinea pig" for this effort.  If you
want to look at two service release PRs that have been reviewed and ready
for merging, check these out:

Besides the PR template updates, the other thing that will help with a
proper review is a "changelog" file.  You'll notice that
Lukas has added a link to this changelog file in the top level specifications
page (_index.md), as well as providing this short changelog file in the
PR:

You can use the existing checklist as a guide for the review. We do need
to make some adaptations for a Service Release.
