Maybe
it’s worth creating another Milestone after Jakarta EE 9 in: https://github.com/jakartaee/specifications/milestones?

Yes,
we would like to avoid unnecessary efforts or merges like Otavio did (not
fully Aware of the process O;-)

Please
ensure that any issues that are created are clearly targeted for post Jakarta
EE 9. We don't want the Connector team to be updating any of the
released artifacts for Jakarta EE 9 for these minor items. Thanks!

Thanks
for mentioning that, could you create issue tickets for both so either
a Service Release or possible 9.x upgrade could take care of them?

2.0
+1
(Tomitribe)
Spec
documentations should have jakarta- prefix. Not a big a show stopper for
this release.
The
spec has a very small typo which is not at all a blocker but mentioning
so we can fix it
javax.transaction-.xa.XAException
--> I think there is a "-" we should remove.
