Baring any feedback by Friday, I suggest we put this up for an official Plan Review vote on Monday.

Note, this approach of notifying the specification project and specification committee at the same time is a short-cut given our very narrow scope for Jakarta EE 9.  For future Enterprise Beans Release Plans we'd want some considerable discussion and agreement before a plan was finalized and submitted with consensus to the Specification Committee.
