The script has been updated, and the promotion job works again.

I just discovered that there have been some changes to the Jenkins infrastructure where they moved from CentOS to Ubuntu. This causes the signing in our promotion script to fail. I will try to make the changes to fix the problem. Until then we are not able to promote TCKs.
