Hi,
I notice there is a new version of the Eclipse Foundation
Specification License -- The changes appear similar to those
of the TCK License 1.1. This license text goes at the head of the
Specification Documents. I believe the changes are similar to
those for the TCK license -- subsequent to the move of Eclipse to
the EU. I did not perform an exhaustive check, but it appears
that, at least some of the EE 11 component specifications are
released with the 1.0 license text.

We should get confirmation that this is acceptable but I would
propose: Anything already on ballot or completed should just
continue with the 1.0 Specification License. Anything not yet on
ballot, should use the new license and as mentors, we should be
working with the teams and checking for this.
Paul, do you know if this is needed (I am presuming so)? If it
is, is my proposal acceptable to Eclipse Foundation?
On a related topic -- I noticed that some Specification Projects
(may all of them?) include the Eclipse Specification License text
in their top Git repository folder. Does this also need to be
refreshed? (and is this something we need to monitor with the
      project teams?)

    Thanks,
    -- Ed
