Greetings Jakarta EE Specification Committee,

 

I request your vote to approve and ratify the update to the requirements & guidelines regarding versioning and compatibility requirements for Jakarta EE specifications.

This is a follow-up of the ballot started on the 28^th of August 2023, which was withdrawn after review and amendment to clarify some language and behaviour.
