Re: [jakarta.ee-spec.committee] Jakarta EE 11 Plan review ballots

Hi Cesar,

The Plan Review template is located in the GitHub PR templates directory. Here is a direct link: https://github.com/jakartaee/specifications/blob/master/.github/PULL_REQUEST_TEMPLATE/plan_review_pr_template.md
The template is there as a help for the submitter, so it is of minor importance if they use another more extensive template as long a all the necessary information for a plan review is in the _index.md file.

Hi Paul,

Thank you for the update. I started today the review for Jakarta Security 4.0. [0]
I was searching in https://github.com/jakartaee/specification-committee/tree/master the template for the Plan Review PR but couldn't find it. I saw other PRs like [1] and [2]  that have the template [3], but  Jakarta Security 4.0 PR has [4] a different template.

Dear Specification Committee,

We have made good progress since our last call. Well done! We're getting close. In our tracking spreadsheet it appears there are 3 ballots of individual specifications remaining:

Can the mentors please initiate the ballots prior to our Specification Committee meeting on Wednesday? If you need help, are blocked by the project or need to re-assign to someone else let me know.

Thanks ... Paul
