[jakarta.ee-spec.committee] Updating

The EE10 release plan defines JPMS module names in terms of this spec committee doc:

However, the most useful column for the module name would be the Code column, but this is not usable when it contains a hyphen. All of the hyphenated columns seem too long anyway. It seems we need to add an explicit JPMS module name column to this document to really capture the module-info naming conventions for EE10. This should be on the agenda for tomorrow.
