Hi,

    I've noticed following to be updated specs for EE 10 are
missing 
plan review ballot results. Can I ask those running those ballots (or 
whoever is responsible for that) to publish them?

applies to (at least):
https://jakarta.ee/specifications/mail/2.1/
https://jakarta.ee/specifications/xml-binding/4.0/
https://jakarta.ee/specifications/xml-web-services/4.0/

   Also, even though ballot for activation 2.1 ended on May 27[1],
https://jakarta.ee/specifications/activation/ does not contain entry for 
2.1, corresponding PR has not been merged yet, so it's obvious that it
does not contain results. Can that be fixed too?
