I was able to trigger the Netlify build by touching one of the files in the PRs. It worked for Connectors, but is still failing for Concurrency. 

Don't know why, so I will ask Chris if he has any idea why it happens. Otherwise, a ticket is the way to go.

What is the process for re-starting these checks and getting the Netlify preview to complete? Is this a web-admin ticket problem, or, does something need to change in these PRs?
