Re: [jakarta.ee-spec.committee] Authentication Ballot issue

I've been able to merge successfully and based on the feedback, this is not an issue.
So I'll proceed with another PR to persist the vote on file.

I think this is a fair assumption...  :-)

I think I had a similar Problem with Mail, had to withdraw the first PR and then after enabling it in the IDE do it again.

Btw, when is the call tomorrow, 1h earlier for Europeans again?

Yes, that is okay, Jean-Louis.  We have experienced that in the past.  As long as we can manually "authenticate" (ie. we know who the committer is), then we are okay with proceeding.  Just put in some type of comment that we are overriding the "signed off" exception. Thanks!

I still have the merge button. Just wanted to make sure I can click on it :-)

Hi all,

Trying to avoid delays so shooting here now and we can discuss tomorrow if needed.
The ballot for authentication passed. I was about to approve and get the PR merged so I could create another one for the vote result.

But it looks like the last update from Arjan on the index.md did not have "Signed-off-by footer".
As a result I can't merge.

Is it ok to amend the last commit so it has the Signed-off-by footer?
