Re: [jakarta.ee-spec.committee] list all compatible implementations?

Bill,
This topic was brought up last Fall.  I discussed this with Paul Buck at EclipseCon Europe in October.  It was an agenda item on Oct 30th with this link to the writeup from Paul:  https://docs.google.com/document/d/1dWDXjtAlwxtmj1LT_mUvSceyU5J5_n1eJvwYO4fhPbM/edit

I think the key statement in that doc is this one (and it applies to your question below):
"[The Eclipse Foundation will investigate a mechanism to list multiple versions of a product on a product on the Compatible Products page.]"

Subject:        [EXTERNAL] [jakarta.ee-spec.committee] list all compatible implementations?

A question came up [1] about the list of Compatible Implementations
on the pages for each specification version.  Should the list contain
every version of a given product that is compatible?  Or should the
list contain only the most recent version of a given product that is
compatible?

I believe it should contain every version, but we depend on the product
implementation teams to submit PRs to add new versions.  The current list
on the Jakarta EE 8 platform page is missing quite a few products.
