Re: [jakarta.ee-spec.committee] Steps to Jakartify a Specification Document

Would it be better to put this document on the wiki, so that others can more easily update it with hints and tips?  (It may be wishful thinking that they would do so, but...)

Hi all,

I am in a good mood today, so I volunteer to convert the document to asciidoc and submit a PR to the jakartaee/specification-committee repo on Tuesday morning (CET).

Good progress was made on updating steps document on the call yesterday and over the last 24 hours. Please get your remaining edits in by Monday the 14th. I suggest on Tuesday we move the document in to the jakartaee/specification-committee repo and further modifications can be done PR. That version of the document is the reference for the spec projects.

This sets us up to be ready to start making the spec documents next Wednesday in conjunction the Jakarta EE community call on the 17th.

Thanks ... Paul
