Bill can you clarify the above statement?

Based on you having confirmed agreement the Web Services Metadata should be 1.1, we've updated the Platform Spec as follows:

 - https://github.com/eclipse-ee4j/jakartaee-platform/blame/master/specification/src/main/asciidoc/platform/Profiles.adoc#L212
 - https://github.com/eclipse-ee4j/jakartaee-platform/blame/master/specification/src/main/asciidoc/platform/RelatedDocuments.adoc#L63

We can see 3 days ago took the opposite direction to update the PR 2.1.  

What is the final call on this version: 1.1 or 2.1?
