Re: [jakarta.ee-spec.committee] Enterprise Web Services (aka JSR-109) spec?

I just noticed this gap, was about to send a note on it and found your note.

It appears we did completely miss this!!!

I can't figure out who owns the Enterprise Web Services (aka JSR 109)
spec, or where it is.  There are no APIs associated with it, and there
is no standalone TCK; it's part of the platform TCK.  The implementation
is integrated with the JAX-WS implementation, I believe, although unlike
JAX-WS this spec *is* included in Jakarta EE 8 (which is one reason GlassFish
needs to override the JAX-WS implementation from Java SE).

This spreadsheet:
https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/18SraPxRBCOyaS6w-UV6TR-UA1bWy1--sV0ky6msAjWY/edit#gid=0
says it's part of the Stable APIs project (row 10).
There's some confusion in columns M and O - this is *not* the "JWS" spec,
aka, Web Service Metadata (row 30).

The spec is missing from this spreadsheet that records owners for specs:
https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1Cb3o4CPEX-rG0utS5CD9Z6XzsAtO2rYFx_-ZFnizz-A/edit#gid=0

Did this spec just fall through the cracks?
