I’m sorry I may miss some discussions.
Regarding the first paragraph of “Certification Compatibility” section,
if a vendor's certification request is accepted but they do not sign the trademark license,
what can they claim ?
It is clear they cannot claim "Our product is Jakarta EE compatible", but
is it ok they can claim "Our product is certified by Jakarta EE working group" ?
I'm not clear how we should describe their product in jakarta.ee implementations page.

I think we have reached the point of a workable TCK process for the first release. The remaining issues are outside the process doc and encapsulated in the 3 issues I sent out earlier. We can either vote by mail or in tomorrow’s spec call if everyone is prepared to do so.
