Let me reiterate what I've said before...

I believe it is critical that we define a process that will be suitable for
MicroProfile specifications, so that we at least have the option of moving the
MicroProfile work to EE4J and Jakarta EE.  We don't need to perfectly achieve
that goal with the first release, but at this point, I have no reason to believe
we're even close.  Not a single person who has been involved in MicroProfile has
stated that they think this process is suitable, thus I conclude that it is not.

I don't buy the "we can fix it later" argument.  Surely there are things that
some people here already know would need to be fixed, or they would've stated
that it is suitable now.  Starting with something with known deficiencies sends
the wrong message and will just discourage the MicroProfile community from even
considering working with the JESP since clearly their needs aren't being
considered.  We need to bring the communities together, not drive them apart.

For this reason, I plan to vote "no" on the JESP.
