Greetings all.

I've added my working draft of the EFSP to the team drive.

We've retained the services of a technical writer who will help us smooth out the language, so please don't get too bogged down with word smithing (unless you like that sort of thing).

Please feel free to add comments. I recommend that you go into "suggesting" mode if you want to make anything more than minor changes.

I'll likely tweak this some more this evening. I look forward to chatting tomorrow.
