Hello Jakarta EE Members,

To keep all members informed about the Jakarta EE Working Group's activities and accomplishments, I am pleased to share our quarterly report. This report is intended for members only and highlights both our successes and areas where your support can make a difference.

As you know, the Jakarta EE Steering Committee develops an annual Program Plan to guide the Working Group's priorities and activities. You can review the 2026 Jakarta EE Program Plan and our Q1 2026 Program Plan Report. I welcome any questions, comments, or feedback you may have.

There are several ways you can help advance Jakarta EE:

• Encourage your employees and colleagues to contribute to Jakarta EE specifications, implementations, documentation, examples, or other project activities.
• Participate in shaping the future of Jakarta EE by contributing to roadmap discussions or joining the Jakarta EE Future Directions Interest Group and subscribing the mailing list.
• Let us know if you are aware of organizations that may be interested in joining the Jakarta EE Working Group. Growing our membership remains an important goal.
