[jakarta.ee-community] Jakarta EE 8 specs truncated?

Hi,

please excuse me if this is an old question, but I was wondering why several of the published Jakarta EE 8 specifications abruptly 
end after the introduction?

Examples:

 * https://jakarta.ee/specifications/jsonp/1.1/jsonp-spec-1.1.html
 * https://jakarta.ee/specifications/jsonb/1.0/jsonb-spec-1.0.html
 * https://jakarta.ee/specifications/restful-ws/2.1/restful-ws-spec-2.1.html
 * https://jakarta.ee/specifications/enterprise-beans/3.2/enterprise-beans-spec-3.2.html
 * https://jakarta.ee/specifications/persistence/2.2/persistence_2.2.html

Only a few specs seem to be complete, such as:

 * https://jakarta.ee/specifications/platform/8/platform-spec-8.html
 * https://jakarta.ee/specifications/cdi/2.0/

All of these examples are accessible by first choosing the specification name on https://jakarta.ee/specifications/, and then 
choosing the "Jakarta EE 8" link.

The only hint I found was the used wording: "First release for Jakarta EE 8".
