you need to replace the references to JavaEE (links to
documentations, oracle website, javax namespace) with the
respective reference of Jakarta.
For example if there is a reference to JavaEE Platform version 8
https://jcp.org/en/jsr/detail?id=366 would become JakartaEE
Platform version 9 https://jakarta.ee/specifications/platform/9/
Also pay attention to the versions and the context. Most of the
time the version should be updated to the one corresponding to
JakartaEE 9. In the example above version 8 became 9. You can
find all the JakartaEE specifications at
https://jakarta.ee/specifications/
