Re: [jakarta.ee-community] Meeting Minutes
Hi everyone,

any news on this one? According to Ivar's mail on the jakartaee-platform-dev list, it looks like there are weekly meetings of the Steering Committee, but the latest published meeting minutes are over 8 weeks old. It is even worse for the Specification Committee which hasn't published meeting minutes for over 10 weeks.

As mentioned before, these minutes are the only way for the community to learn what happens behind the scenes.

Can't say for the Steering Committee, but in the Spec Committee no meetings took place for almost a month because of the Jakarta EE 8 release and most people traveling to CodeOne and a few others to events like JCON immediately after that.
I don't think the meeting took place this week, but it should resume next Wednesday when I also expect to join it. 

There might be a similar break or partial F2F during EclipseCon Europe in a few weeks.

For many of us these minutes are a very valuable sources of information about what is going on behind the scenes. Therefore, I would really be great if the committees could increase the release frequency.
