A project lead election for Lukas Jungmann on project Jakarta Activation
(ee4j.jaf) was started by Dmitry Kornilov with this criteria:

This project was lead by Bill Shannon. In the light of the recent sad events
we need to find another leader. Lukas volunteered to temporary take the
leadership role to drive this project through Jakarta EE 9 release process.
