Hello project partners,

 

I created a draft version for a starting point for interested contributers. Find the version attached.

Your feedback is appreciated. I’d like to push the process of inviting people to contribute to this nice project and would upload it as fast as possible.

 

Hint: There are still some dead links inside the document (especially the contribution guidelines). Don’t worry about that.

 

As it is styled with markdown, maybe read it with a markdown reader (e.g. [1]).
