maybe it is also that the availability of the Matermost platform is not advertised as much as it could be.

Mattermost (it is open source, Cern just migrated to it)


3. How should we leverage an eventual instant messaging platform? For example, should we create channels for our projects? Should non-members be able to access
it or not?
