[iot-wg] FBK CREATE-NET joining the Eclipse IoT WG

I am pleased to announce that FBK CREATE-NET will be joining the Eclipse IoT Working Group.  Many of you probably already know CREATE-NET as the research institute leading the Eclipse Agail project.

CREATE-NET is an associate member of the Eclipse Foundation so, as per our WG charter, their invitation to join the Working Group has already been submitted to and approved by the Steering Committee.
