Quite interesting that there are two different dates on the conference pages:

"A person that wishes to attend but not present must submit an _expression_ of Interest. These must be submitted by email to team-wot-workshop-chairs@xxxxxx by 25 April 2014."

"10 May 2014 Deadline for expressions of  interest or position papers for possible presentation 

(via email)"
