I took the liberty of adding Jan Rellermeyer to the cc on that bug. I 
chatted with Ed Merks and he said that he thinks he knows what he needs 
to do, but was looking for some advice from an OSGi expert (please see 
comments 36 to 38).

Not only is Jan an OSGi expert, but since we really want EMF to work 
with Concierge, hopefully he can help make sure that happens.
