[iot-sp] Project Hono provisioned

Hi,
it is my great pleasure to announce that Project Hono has been provisioned at Eclipse and that the (initial) project web site [1] and the Hono GitHub repository [2] are available online :-). I have also imported the initial code contribution to the repository for you to play around with. Last but not least, the official Hono mailing list [3] is also up and running and ready for you to subscribe in order to follow future discussions around Hono.
We are planning for a face-to-face meeting in Berlin scheduled for mid of March 2016 in order to work on some ideas regarding architecture and priorities. This meeting will be mainly driven by the project's committers but will also be open to interested parties thinking about getting involved more closely with Hono in the near future. I will keep you posted on the Hono mailing list :-)
