[iot-pmc] Reminder to vote on the Project Lead Election for Haishi Bai o

Voting will close on 2026-05-11 for the Project Lead election of Haishi Bai
on project Eclipse Symphony (iot.symphony).

Criteria:

Haishi Bai is the creator of the Eclipse Symphony project and has been its
key maintainer and primary advocate since its inception.

Following the departure of previously assigned project leads, Haishi has
continued to drive the project forward, ensuring continuity in both technical
direction and community engagement. He has been responsible for shaping the
overall architecture, guiding core design decisions, and maintaining
alignment with the project’s long-term vision.

In addition to hands-on contributions across the codebase, Haishi has played
a central role in supporting contributors, facilitating discussions, and
representing the project within the broader ecosystem.

Given his sustained leadership, deep familiarity with the project, and
ongoing commitment, I would like to formally nominate Haishi Bai as the
project lead for Eclipse Symphony.
