[iot-pmc] Reminder to vote on the Committer Election for Alex Tereschenko on Eclipse MRAA 
Voting will close on 2025-12-05 for the Committer election of Alex
Tereschenko on project Eclipse MRAA (iot.mraa).

Criteria:

It's my pleasure to nominate Alex T to rejoin the MRAA committers.

In the past few months he has contributed changes in the efforts to renovate
the project.
